Brief Overview

The “100 Arab Leaders in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation & Management 4.0” is a flagship initiative launched by AIJRF.

The initiative is part of the executive program:

AI & Management 4.0 Leaders (AIML)

It aims to identify and recognize 100 distinguished Arab leaders by enhancing their capabilities in integrating Artificial Intelligence and Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies into digital transformation and Management 4.0 practices.

About the Initiative

The list is developed by AIJRF in collaboration with University of Dubai, and is announced every two years at an official ceremony.

It recognizes 100 influential Arab leaders from both public and private sectors who have:

  • Demonstrated strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
  • Successfully integrated AI and advanced technologies into digital transformation
  • Contributed to revolutionizing modern Management 4.0 practices
  • Achieved measurable institutional results and impactful outcomes
  • Enhanced organizational efficiency and competitiveness at both regional and global levels

Structure of the List

The initiative consists of two main categories:

Category One – Direct Nomination & Selection

Nominees: Visionary Leaders Driving Real Success

This category is part of the AIML initiative and is based on direct nomination, without requiring participation in any training programs.

It targets high-impact leaders from government and private sectors who have demonstrated clear contributions in:

  • Integrating Artificial Intelligence
  • Advancing digital transformation
  • Implementing Management 4.0 practices
  • Leveraging Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies

General Requirements – Category One

Candidates are nominated based on:

  1. A proven track record of tangible achievements in government or institutional leadership, particularly in AI integration and advanced technologies.
  2. A clear three-year strategic roadmap outlining future plans to enable AI adoption and smart digital transformation within their organizations.
  3. Evaluation and approval by a specialized academic committee.
  4. Submission of at least three professional recommendations from recognized Arab leaders in the same field.

Candidates are evaluated through advanced research methodologies, as well as a formal nomination form submitted for each candidate.

Selection Methodology

The selection process follows a structured and rigorous approach:

  • Initial candidates are identified by the academic team at AIJRF using research tools and evaluation frameworks.
  • A preliminary list is developed based on measurable indicators.
  • The shortlisted candidates are reviewed by a specialized panel including members of the advisory board and academic experts.
  • Final selection is confirmed based on the accuracy, relevance, and measurable impact of each candidate’s contributions.
