In cooperation with UNICEF and AIJRF: Egyptian Ministry of Social Solidarity Unveils First Government Ecosystem for AI-Generated Content

Under the patronage and support of H.E Dr. Maya Morsi, the Egyptian Minister of Social Solidarity (MOSS), the MOSS has launched the First Government Ecosystem for AI-Generated Content (EAIC). The new EAIC has the ability to create any kind of content 🙁 written, audio and visual) utilizing AI apps, EAIC has the capability of managing the Ministry’s social media accounts efficiently.

MOSS has presented an AI-Generated Official Spokesperson, who will manage all official statements on behalf of MOSS, works 24/7 and speaks 50 languages.  AI-Generated Official Spokesperson will be the first in the MENA, and the second official global spokesperson after the “Official Spokesperson of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.

AICS Phase 01
“The new Ecosystem for AI-Generated Content is  as a part of  the training program: AI and Creative Storytelling Skills (AICS) Program, Creating an Interactive and Creative Government Story (Phase 01),  which was presented by Artificial Intelligence Journalism for Research and Forecasting (AIJRF)  and supervised and presented by Dr. Mohamed Abdulzaher, the AI international expert and the CEO of AIJRF, in over 8 days for more than 48 applied hours, with the participation of 30 content creators and government communication officials, whom has been selected from among 1,200 applicants for the training course.” Said Dr. Mohamed El Okby, Assistant to the Minister of the MOSS.

The Assistant Minister concluded: “The trainees have successfully completed the various training courses over the past few days, and they are now able to manage the new ecosystem for AI-generated content in a way that serves the ministry’s goals”.

Integrating AI into Government Entities
El Okby stressed that the AI and Creative Storytelling Skills (AICS) Program aims to integrate artificial intelligence technologies into government services depends on several important pillars including:
·       Integrating artificial intelligence technologies and tools into the daily work stages in a government entity.
·       Developing the way of creating content presented to the public utilizing AI apps.
·       More interaction with the target audience.
·       Reaching the public and providing objective and automated analysis to all target groups by the Ministry in its various programs.
·       Presenting a specialized avatar – automated – to respond to the public 24/7.
·       The first digital archive with artificial intelligence for all the activities of the ministry and the beneficiaries of government support as an additional stage by training some executive leaders within the ministry, “guided by a similar international program in this regard.”
El Okby expressed his appreciation to Dr. Mohammed Abdel-Zaher, CEO of the AIJRF, for his cooperation with the Ministry and the work he has put into training the work team and building the new Ecosystem for AI-Generated Content.


Ambitious Programme
Dr. Mohamed Abdulzaher, CEO of the  AIJRF , the world’s leading academic and applied institution in the content industry, artificial intelligence and the Metaverse, pointed out that Egypt has currently made great strides in promoting the integration of artificial intelligence in many different sectors, stressing that the Ministry of Social Solidarity has a distinguished and ambitious programme   in integrating AI tools and solutions, saying: “We started the first phase by providing a specialized program for 27  trainees from young content creators. The AICS program aims to learn the skills and basics of creating creative “humanity stories” using AI.
