Introduction to the Initiative
Food Safety Storytellers initiative is the first of its kind globally, bringing together experts, professionals, and content creators in the field of safe and sustainable food under the umbrella of Dubai Municipality. It aims to promote a culture of public and occupational safety and reinforce Dubai’s position as a leading global city in health, quality of life, and sustainability, in collaboration with the Artificial Intelligence Journalism for Research and Forecasting (AIJRF).
The initiative aims to:
- Build accurate knowledge and documented information on the principles and standards of food safety and quality locally and globally.
- Develop the capabilities of professionals, influencers, and content creators to produce reliable scientific and media content that reflects Dubai’s vision for sustainability and quality of life.
- Raise community awareness about the importance of adhering to international standards to ensure food safety and quality.
- Support fair and transparent food trade by enhancing the application of safety standards across local and international food supply chains.
- Train more than 500 professionals and content creators over three years on the skills of producing, managing, and publishing engaging and innovative scientific content.
- Empower professional influencers as ambassadors for food safety through awareness campaigns across digital and media platforms.
- Develop and implement new international standards for food safety using modern technologies and artificial intelligence.
Provide specialized training and awareness materials for farmers, consumers, schools, and government entities to promote a culture of safety from source to consumer.

مقدمة المبادرة
تُعد هذه المبادرة الأولى من نوعها على المستوى العالمي التي تجمع بين الخبراء والمهنيين وصُنّاع المحتوى في مجال الغذاء الآمن والمستدام، تحت مظلة بلدية دبي، بهدف تعزيز ثقافة السلامة العامة والمهنية، وترسيخ مكانة دبي كمدينة عالمية رائدة في الصحة، وجودة الحياة، والاستدامة، بالتعاون مع مؤسسة صحافة الذكاء الاصطناعي للبحث والاستشراف AIJRF.
المبادرة تهدف إلى :
1. بناء المعرفة الصحيحة والمعلومات الموثقة حول أسس وقواعد سلامة وجودة الغذاء محليًا وعالميًا.
2. تطوير قدرات المهنيين والمؤثرين وصُنّاع المحتوى لإنتاج محتوى علمي وإعلامي موثوق يُعبّر عن رؤية دبي في الاستدامة وجودة الحياة.
3. رفع الوعي المجتمعي بأهمية الالتزام بالمعايير الدولية في ضمان سلامة الأغذية وجودتها.
4. تمكين التجارة العادلة والشفافة للأغذية عبر تعزيز تطبيق معايير السلامة في سلاسل الإمداد الغذائية محليًا ودوليًا.
5. تدريب أكثر من 500 مهني وصانع محتوى خلال 3 سنوات على مهارات إنتاج وإدارة ونشر المحتوى العلمي الجذاب والمبتكر.
6. تمكين المؤثرين المهنيين كسفراء للسلامة الغذائية من خلال حملات توعوية على المنصات الرقمية والإعلامية.
7. تطوير وتطبيق معايير دولية جديدة لسلامة الأغذية باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة والذكاء الاصطناعي.
8. توفير مواد تدريبية وتوعوية متخصصة للمزارعين، والمستهلكين، والمدارس، والهيئات الحكومية، لتعزيز ثقافة السلامة من المصدر إلى المستهلك.
