On November 30, 2022, mankind beheld the birth of ChatGPT<\/a>, the first-of-its-kind AI search engine presented by OpenAI, the leading company in the field of AI research and deployment. Unlike previous chatbots, ChatGPT<\/a> generates text automatically based on written prompts. ChatGPT<\/a> already made its mark in the AI world, offering an amazing experience for people who are looking for more personalized interaction with AI technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a blink of an eye, when the whole world were busy arguing, being thrilled by, or even experiencing ChatGPT,  DALL\u00b7E 2, a neural network that can generate images from text descriptions., joined the forces in the field as a key player. Since the announcement, more than 1.5 million users start creating over two million images a day with DALL\u00b7E 2<\/a><\/em>, ranging from artists and creative directors to authors and architects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Evidently, this caught the attention of Google; in a memo, Google and Alphabet’s CEO, Sundar Pichai, announced plans to reorganize groups within the company to confront the danger posed by ChatGPT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joining forces to challenge Google, Microsoft may soon yield returns on its billion-dollar investment in OpenAI<\/a> applications to powered Bing. According to two people who have first-hand information of the plans, Microsoft is devising a version of its Bing search engine that utilizes the AI of ChatGPT to answer some search questions instead of merely presenting a list of links. Microsoft desires that the new feature, likely to be launched before the end of March 2023, will allow them to outdo their competitor Google.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2015, Elon Musk and other investors founded OpenAI<\/a> and released ChatGPT last November, attracting much attention when the company made it available for the public to try out for free. People can type a query and get a response in a dialogue format by answering questions in a conversational style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Reuters, the Open<\/a>AI<\/a> company, which developed the widely discussed ChatGPT and DALLE 2 artificial intelligence systems, expects to generate $1 billion in revenue by 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amazon Web Services and Infosys have both made investments in OpenAI<\/a>, however, the sums invested were not publicized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The growth in investment in AI has been rapid, as the demand for AI technologies has grown and new innovations have been made. As a result, the future of artificial intelligence has attracted a lot of attention from investors and corporations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is difficult to predict exactly how the development and use of artificial intelligence (AI) will progress in the future.
