\nAI-Powered GovComms Initiative (AIGC): Building Trust and Impact in Government Communication with AI<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/b>The Artificial Intelligence Journalism for Research and Forecasting (AIJRF) has launched the AI-Powered GovComms Initiative (AIGC), the Arab region\u2019s first initiative to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced technologies into government communications.<\/span><\/p>\n

AIGC Objectives \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Enhancing the efficiency of <\/strong>Government Communication Officials (GCO) in integrating AI tools and technologies into their daily work: (planning, monitoring, analysis, crisis management, building government entities\u2019 reputation, automated content creation).<\/li>\n
  2. Building AI-based government communication systems<\/strong> tailored to institutional needs.<\/li>\n
  3. Supporting Arab government entities<\/strong> in developing modern communication strategies based on artificial intelligence, big data analysis, and innovative audience engagement approaches.<\/li>\n
  4. Establishing a regional network of <\/strong>Government Communication Officials (GCO) (AIPG Network)<\/strong> to exchange expertise and best practices in AI-powered communication.<\/li>\n
  5. Producing training and practical guides<\/strong> on AI-powered government communication tailored to the public sector.<\/li>\n
  6. Strengthening government initiatives in digital transformation<\/strong> and adopting Fourth and Fifth Industrial Revolution technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    4. Building an integrated AI-powered government system
      \n(a smarter government system with fewer resources and higher productivity).<\/em><\/li>\n
    5. Using AI in instant translation and multilingual editing.<\/li>\n
    6. Smart media monitoring, analysis, and government reputation management.<\/li>\n
    7. Automated monitoring tools for media outlets and social media within government platforms.<\/li>\n
    8. Fundamentals of crisis management and combating disinformation in government entities using AI.<\/li>\n
    9. Building conversational robots (Chatbots) to serve citizens and enable 24\/7 public engagement.<\/li>\n
    10. Ethical and legal frameworks for adopting AI tools and technologies in government communication.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Training 1,000 Arab <\/strong>Government Communication Officials (GCO) in the first year on effective, AI-enhanced government communication skills.<\/li>\n
        2. Launching the AIGC I Hub Platform<\/strong> as a primary reference for all Government Communication Officials (GCO), providing tools, reports, and best Arab practices in AI-powered government communication.<\/li>\n
        3. Publishing an annual report<\/strong> on the readiness of AI-enhanced government communication in the Arab region.<\/li>\n
        4. Delivering 50 applied projects<\/strong> from participants in the first year, featuring real case studies from Arab government entities, and highlighting their adoption of best practices in integrating AI into government communication.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Conditions for Joining the Training Program<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. The nominee must be a member of a government or institutional communication team in any Arab governmental entity.<\/li>\n
          2. Their daily tasks should include managing and producing government content within a collaborative communication team.<\/li>\n
          3. They must demonstrate the ability and talent to work with AI tools and technologies in government communication and content creation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
